June is likely the most anticipated month for Audio Book fans. It’s Audio Book Month! There are lots of things going on all over the web to promote audio books. If you are on twitter look up the hashtag #JIAM to find lots of enthusiasm for audio books and a giveaway or two.
Another Audio Book Month event that I’m really excited about is Audio Book Week. Jen from Devourer of Books hosts this event each year. (This will be my 3rd time participating) and it is truly a blast. Lots of great info about Audio Books in general, and of course GIVEAWAYS!
I’ve heard from several Challengers that they’ve already reached their goal, Congratulations guys! Please continue to share your reviews with us, we’re always looking for more great audio books to listen to.
While I’m still lagging behind my overall challenge goal, I was able to listen to several books this months with my participation in the ArmChair Audies hosted by Literate Housewife. If you haven’t checked out her blog, you should definitely do so, she’s a great advocate for Audio Books and always has fantastic reviews.
With summer upon us, do you have more time to listen or less? I think my listening should stay about the same or possibly increase as I get to working in the garden at our new house.

I think your Audio Book Challenge is forcing me to be better about write ups. I still have a backlog of audiobooks I have not featured but I am working on it. Thanks for hosting.
This has been such a fun challenge. I love listening to books when I do housework or chores. How about you? Oh and I almost forgot my long commute is another great time for audiobooks.

I’ve listened to 16 audiobooks this year so far, but have been bad at writing/posting reviews! Mainly because often audiobooks are my break from reviewing titles, I think. I absolutely loved READY PLAYER ONE and highly recommend it
